In accordance with Section 36 of the Community Safety and Policing Act, and Section 4 of the Board's Procedural By-law 404-2024, the members of the Board shall elect its Chair and Vice-Chair at the first meeting in each year. The Executive Director will assume the Chair to proceed with the election process.
